Assistance for New Customers
Placing Your First Order
Placing an order with trading-cards-now.com is easy. There is no
need to create an account first, it can be done at time of checkout.
Orders can be placed online, by phone, by fax, or by mail.
Items offered from out site ship from different distribution points
throughout the United States. The item will be shipped from
the closest warehouse to your location.
Finding Items
Location your items on our site is very easy. All items can
be found in one of two ways, using categories on the left or by searching
using the provided search box at the top or bottom of the screen which
are located on every page of our store. Once an item has been
located, click the title or name of the item to see the product details
page. Here you will find more information about the item.
If you don't find what you are looking for, give us a call and we
will help located for you. If we don't have it in stock we will
get it for you and fast.
Adding Items to your Shopping Cart
Each item in our store has an 
button, simply click the button and the item will be added to your
shopping cart. Once in the cart use the navigation buttons to
"Continue Shopping" to keep searching or browsing until
cart contains all the items that you want to order. Viewing
contents on your shopping cart can be accessed by clicking on the
VIEW CART button at the top of every page.
Proceed to Checkout
Take a moment to review all the items you have placed in your Shopping
Cart. When ready to place your order, simply click on the Check
Out button and you will be taken through the Checkout process.
Shipping Address
Provide a full shipping address including suite numbers if any and
select a shipping method. Please note that due to restrictions
by UPS, Federal Express and Airborne Express we can not ship to P
O Box or Military Addresses. If there is more than one item
in your order, they may not arrive in the same box as items may ship
from different warehouses.
Provide a Method of Payment and Password
Enter billing address for your credit card, this address must entered exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. This information
will be used to verify your credit card with your credit card provider. For your convenience we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express
and Discover credit cards. Choose a password for your account so that when you comeback to trading-cards-now.com in the future this information
can be readily available to you for a faster checkout process.
Review and Submit Order
Check the accuracy of all the information you provided and make any
necessary adjustments. When you are ready to complete your order,
click on the Confirm Order button, an email will sent with the details
of your order to the email address provided during the checkout process.
Tracking Your Order
Within no later than 48 hours we will follow up with and email containing
full tracking details of your order. This email will contain
information such as tracking numbers and tracking links.
